Operating principle
Using a CCD synchronous pixel camera to record surface conditions, synchronous pixel technology produces finer images than traditional CCD cameras. Then place the sample in different humidity, temperature, and stress environments, and after a certain period of time (all parameters can be set according to experimental conditions), take a second image with DST 1200. At least two or more images are required for an experiment to compare subtle changes under different conditions. When analyzing, each image can be subdivided into 256 sub images (16x16), and the entire surface is compared in micrometers. The accuracy of FET conversion technology can reach 1/100 pixel, and any small movement can be accurately observed.

DST 1200 is a fully automated testing instrument that uses optical analysis to accurately evaluate surface changes in samples. It can analyze the dynamic displacement of the sample surface caused by moisture, temperature, and stress changes. For example, in the four-color printing process of newspapers, the slight changes in size due to the swelling of the paper caused by moisture can lead to displacement errors of the paper web in the printing machine, resulting in poor printed products with color misalignment. Temperature and humidity control box
Choose dedicated "Temperature/Humidity Control Box" (DST 1220) and "Humidity Control Box" (DST 1210), modular overall design, as long as the parameters are set into the computer, fully automatic continuous experiments can be conducted under different temperature and humidity conditions. No need to mix chemical agents or saline solution. When the humidification system indicator light is on, simply add tap water, and the dehumidification component can be reused, making operation and maintenance very simple.
